I. Periodic inspection of ultrasonic lace sewing machine die head

(1) The parallelism between the plane of the die head and the flower wheel should be checked periodically, generally, they are required to be less than 0.02mm, if they exceed this standard, they should be adjusted before working.

(2) If the working surface of the die head is worn and dented, resulting in the poor fusing of the fabric, the die head should be removed and the working surface should be ground flat and then put back on.

Note: The unevenness of the die head can be ground several times, but the amount of grinding should not be greater than 2mm, otherwise the die head will be scrapped due to the change of working frequency and the disappearance of the surface hardening layer.

(3) Ultrasonic lace stitching machine die head and ultrasonic generator assembly working frequency matching check.

Note: This should be checked before going to work every day. The method is: to turn on the power switch, then reverse the test switch plate in the direction of the "ultrasonic test" and observe that the frequency should be corrected if there is one of the following phenomena.

A. Touch the working surface of the die with your hand and feel the ultrasonic amplitude is weak; B. There is an abnormal sound; C. The die is abnormally hot; D. The amplitude of the current meter swing on the panel of the generator assembly is too large.

Adjustment method with "a" head screw batch in the panel tuner, frame by frame fine-tuning correction frequency (generally clockwise counterclockwise tuning no more than 45o), adjust to the ammeter pointer swing minimum and the above phenomenon disappeared.

If the correction still does not work, do not step on the footswitch and cut off the power supply to stop working, otherwise, the equipment will be damaged.

2. Ultrasonic lace sewing machine wheel inspection

The pattern of the wheel must be kept sharp and its hardness must be kept between 50-55 degrees on the Rockwell scale. Poor quality worn and rusted wheels should not be used, so as not to affect the quality of the product or to accelerate the wear of the die by adding the wheel pressure by mistake.

Third, the ultrasonic lace sewing machine pressure control

The pressure required by the machine at work is generally determined by the following factors.

(1) The pattern of the lace wheel is more complicated, so the pressure should be increased slightly.

(2) The pattern of the flower wheel is not sharp enough, so the pressure must be increased slightly.

(3) The sound wave amplitude of the die head is small, and the pressure must be increased slightly.

(4) The processed fabric material, containing a high amount of chemical fiber (such as NYLON) pressure can be smaller, and vice versa (such as IC cloth) pressure must be slightly increased.

(5) The thickness of the fabric being processed, thicker fabrics must be slightly increased pressure.

(6) processing speed is different, high speed must be slightly increased pressure.

Note: If the quality of the national product problems, please identify the reasons affecting the quality, do not use to increase the pressure of the flower wheel to solve. Therefore, as long as the quality of the processed product is good, the smaller the pressure is, the better.

If the current indicator on the panel of the ultrasonic generator assembly of the ultrasonic lace sewing machine is greater than 1.2A at no load, it means that the frequency of the generator is shifted or abnormal, and it needs to stop to correct the frequency or check before use.

V. The ultrasonic generator assembly of the ultrasonic lace sewing machine is sensitive to the stability of the rated input voltage and it is recommended to install an electronic automatic voltage regulator.
